RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

Thank you for shopping at My Choice My Rozel (operated by Prana, a sole proprietorship). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully.

 

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Requests raised after this 7-day window will not be accepted.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags intact. Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns.

 

Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged in transit, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. In such cases, we will arrange a free return pickup and issue a full refund (including original shipping charges) or send a replacement, at your preference.

 

Change-of-Mind Returns

For returns due to change of mind or other reasons not caused by us, the return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer. Original shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable in such cases.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged, used, washed, or altered by the customer after delivery
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging
  • Items marked as "final sale" or purchased on clearance
  • Returns initiated after the 7-day window

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the amount to reflect in your account.
