Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat shipping fee on all orders. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, standard delivery across India typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier delays, or regional disruptions.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

 

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at office@pranabyyvikas.com within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue.
